Sessions at Awakening Hearts are not rushed, prescriptive, or one-size-fits-all. Each experience is held with presence, care, and deep intuitive listening — allowing space for what’s ready to surface, soften, and shift.

You don’t need to know exactly what you’re seeking. You only need a willingness to arrive as you are.


How this works

1. Choose your session
Select the offering that feels most aligned. If you’re unsure, begin with what calls to you — clarity often follows the first step.

2. Book your time
Sessions are scheduled directly through the booking calendar. Some offerings are held in person, others via live Zoom — this will always be clearly noted.

3. Arrive just as you are
There’s nothing to prepare or perform. Wear what feels comfortable. Bring your presence. Everything else unfolds naturally.

Each session may include a blend of:

  • guided inner connection

  • spacious moments of stillness and integration

Sessions are deeply personal and guided by what your system is ready to receive.
