Each session is guided intuitively and may include conversation, energy work, gentle somatic practices, guided inner connection, or quiet integration. Sessions are not scripted — they unfold naturally based on what is most supportive for you in that moment.

No. While this work can feel deeply therapeutic, Awakening Hearts does not replace licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. It is a complementary healing modality focused on awareness, energetic balance, and personal insight.

People come for many reasons, including:

• anxiety or nervous system dysregulation

• life transitions or loss

• clarity around decisions or direction

• spiritual reconnection or curiosity

• a desire to feel more at home in themselves

You don’t need a “problem” to begin.

That’s very common. You don’t need to arrive with answers — only honesty. Together, we’ll listen to what’s present and allow the session to unfold from there.

Yes. Some offerings are available via live Zoom. These are always clearly noted on the booking page so you know exactly how the session is held.

Yes. Group offerings are intentionally small and held with clear agreements around confidentiality, respect, and care. You are always invited to participate at your own pace and comfort level.

There’s no one right rhythm. Some people come once during a transition; others choose ongoing support. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and inner guidance rather than following a set rule.
